Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Kataana Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kataana Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Order Issues
Any issues with an order must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns must be requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kataana Jewels is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed.
Customers wishing to exchange an item may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of:
